For the 125 Municipal Clerks attending the Michigan Association
of Clerks conference, Susan was a welcomed source of information
and new ideas for dealing with the public in our everyday workplace.
She speaks to each person in the audience with a "one on one"
style. Her comments seemed directed at each person individually.
